How Gloom handles your data.
Information We Collect
Gloom collects only the data necessary to function: Discord user IDs, server IDs, and basic server metadata. When you run commands, we temporarily store command inputs and responses. We do not collect personal information like names, emails, or phone numbers.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to operate Gloom's features: executing commands, storing preferences, and providing functionality like social media lookups and server management tools. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Data Retention
We retain server configuration data only while Gloom is in your server. Command data is stored temporarily and automatically deleted. If Gloom is removed from your server, your configuration data is deleted within 30 days.
Payment Data
Premium payments are processed through OxaPay, a third-party cryptocurrency processor. Gloom never sees or stores your payment credentials. We only receive confirmation of successful payment. See our Refund Policy for details.
Third-Party Services
Gloom integrates with external platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, Twitch, and others to fetch publicly available content. These services have their own privacy policies. Gloom only requests data when you trigger a relevant command and does not store it long-term.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data through access controls and encryption. However, no system is perfectly secure. We will notify you through our Discord server if a data breach occurs.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through our Discord support server. Removing Gloom from your server will trigger automatic deletion of server-specific data.
Children's Privacy
Gloom is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of Gloom after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
