Acceptance of Terms
By adding Gloom to your server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the bot. These terms apply to all features, commands, and services Gloom provides.
Use of the Service
Gloom is provided for legitimate use within Discord servers and direct messages. You agree not to misuse the bot, including but not limited to spamming, abusing rate limits, attempting to disrupt service, using Gloom for illegal purposes, or violating Discord's Terms of Service.
Premium Subscriptions
Gloom offers optional Premium features through paid subscriptions. All purchases are final and non-refundable, as outlined in our Refund Policy. Premium is delivered immediately upon payment. We may modify Premium features at any time without notice.
Intellectual Property
Gloom, including its code, branding, commands, and design, is our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the bot without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Gloom is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the bot will meet your specific needs. Temporary outages for maintenance or updates do not entitle you to any compensation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Premium in the preceding 30 days.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at any time, for any reason, without notice. If your access is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued for any remaining Premium time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of Gloom after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
